•  Our detailed home inspections take an average of 3-4 hours and meet or exceed the Standards and Practices of South and North Carolina and ASHI

•  “Same day” color inspection report with digital photos (as needed for further documentation) are password protected and available on-line 24/7 through our online secure report delivery and validation process or can be printed “ON SITE” upon request.

•  If you are selling your home, your pre-listing inspection report can be made "public" allowing you or your Realtor © to provide a link for potential buyers to see the status of your home.
